George was the eldest son of Sir William.

 

Agnes MURRAY was the daughter of Sir Patrick 1st MURRAY 1st Lord Elibank of Ettrick Forest (c. 1608-1648) and Elizabeth DUNDAS of Arniston ( -bef1627).
