1. Agnes de Percy, daughter of William de PERCY ( - ) and Adelaide ( - ), married Josceline de Louvain of Petworth.

 

Josceline de Louvain of Petworth and Agnes de Percy had the following children:

 

Henry de PERCY (c. 1145-1198). Henry was born circa 1145. He died in 1198. He was buried in Abbey St. Lo, Normandy, France.

2. William de PERCY, son of William "Algernon" de Percy and Emma de Port, married Alice de Tonbridge. He married Adelaide.

 

Alice de Tonbridge and William de PERCY had the following children:

 

Agnes de Percy (1134-1204). Agnes was born in 1134. She died in 1204.

 

3. Adelaide was the daughter of Gilbert FitzRichard de Tonbridge. She and William de PERCY had the following children:

4. William "Algernon" de Percy, son of William de Percy and Emma de PORT, was born circa 1040. He married Emma de Port before 1088. He was buried in Mount Joy, near Jerusalem.

 

In 1070 he was engaged on works connected with the rebuilding of York Castle after its destruction by the Danes and in 1072 he took part in the Conquerors expedition to Scotland.

In 1096 he set out on the first crusade and died and was buried at Mount Joy near Jerusalem. Following Williams dying wishes Sirralph Eversly a Knight carried his heart back to England and it was buried at Whitby Abbey.

 

5. Emma de Port was the daughter of Gilbert de Gaunt. She and William "Algernon" de Percy had the following children:
