1. Margaret Jane FRENCH, daughter of Robert FRENCH (1814- ) and Margaret MANN (1807- ), was born in 1838 in Marylebone, London. She married Daniel George CRISP on 18 July 1863 in St. Pauls, Lisson Grove, St. John's Wood, London.

Richard French was the publican of the Pointer and Bird in (or near) Watford). At the time of his death it was noted that he was a "general dealer".
