1. John Pringle DALRYMPLE was born on 28 February 1778. He was a Colonel in the Army. He married Mary RUSHWORTH on 20 December 1807 in Freshwater Church.
He succeeded his brother as fifth baronet in 1800.
Mary RUSHWORTH, daughter of Edward RUSHWORTH (1755-1817) and Hon. Catharine HOLMES (1765-1829), was born on 27 May 1789.
