1. Lieutenant Colonel Thomas MCCULLOCH, son of Thomas MCCULLOCH ( - ), was a Soldier in the Royal Army Medical Corps. He died on 25 June 1915. He was buried in Netley Military Cemetery. He married Cecilia Maud FRENCH.


He was a Knight of Grace of the the Order of St. John of Jerusalem in England. He lived at 24 Ramsbury Road, St. Albans, at the time of his death.

I'm attaching a scan of the birth certificate of Thomas Cecil McCulloch. He died on 26 Nov 1984 in Rusape, Zimbabwe (DC 046526).
