He was JP, cos. of Somerset and Devon, Capitain of the 3rd Battalion of the Gloucestershire Regiment, MP for Chleltenham, 1868-74.
Emily Maria GOODDEN was the daughter of John GOODDEN JP, DL, of Over and Nether Compton, Dorset and Martoch, Somerset ( - ).
3. Francis Arthur Edward SAMUELSON Bart., son of Sir Bernhard SAMUELSON of Bodicote Grange, co. Oxford, FRS, JP and Caroline BLUNDELL, was born on 26 February 1861 in Torquay, Devon. He had the title '3rd Baronet'. He was a Businessman. He died in 1946. He married Fanny Isabel WRIGHT.
